本公司會盡一切努力確保電子商店上所列載的貨品價格、資料和大小均已更新。本公司保留權利可更改貨品的價格而不作另行通知。本公司可根據存貨供應,全權決定是否接受所有訂購。

 

訂購須知

 

閣下向本公司訂購產品時,即表示閣下同意按照本條款及細則向本公司提出購物請求。

 

收到閣下的訂單之後,本公司將通知閣下並確認收到該訂單。該回覆並不表示本公司已經接受您的訂單。倘若本公司未能提供任何已訂購之產品或服務,或因閣下所使用的信用咭導致之付款問題或任何其他原因,本公司有權拒絕接受該訂單。倘若本公司無法提供閣下訂單上的任何產品或服務,本公司會透過電話或電郵通知閣下。

 

閣下的訂購請求獲本公司接受後,本公司會與您確認接受訂單,並同時通知閣下送貨 / 在指定領貨中心自行取貨的時間和日期。

一般情況下,本公司不接受任何產品交換或取消訂單的要求。

 

 

付款方式

 

本公司接受網上VISA, MasterCard, 銀聯信用卡, Alipay HK  WeChat Pay HK付款。訂單付款完成後,不可以取消

本公司提供標準送貨服務。

若送貨地址並無升降機直達,本公司將根據每層樓層收取額外服務費用,每件產品每層額外加$50,需於訂單確認時一併繳付,地下除外。

送貨服務時間為星期一至星期五,上午 時至下午 時,星期六日及公眾假期除外。

送貨所需時間:一般訂單完成後3個工作天可送貨,如缺貨而需訂購,約28個工作天內

請注意,我們的派遞員於每次派遞的等候時間不會多於十五分鐘。

 

注意事項

  • 訂購貨品會於確認訂單後送貨。送貨時間為星期一至星期五的辦工時間內。實際送貨時間需按運輸路線安排。
  • 如客人未能配合運輸當日所安排的時間,送貨日期可能順延以另作安排。
  • 送貨服務不適用於貨車未能到達的地點。
  • 如送貨地點升降機故障而未能正常運作,本公司將會聯絡顧客更改送貨日期。
  • 當八號烈風懸掛或黑色暴雨警告生效時,送貨服務時間或會延遲,本公司將會聯絡顧客更改送貨日期。
  • 如收貨人士未能於約定時間內收取已訂購之貨品,本公司將保留權利向該顧客收取額外的送貨費用。
  • 送貨地址如有任何變更,顧客有責任即時通知本公司。
  • 本公司保留權利決定拒絕向任何顧客送付貨品。

 

 

閣下於收取貨品時(包括送貨或自取)必須立即檢查所訂購之貨品是否存有損毀及齊全。若發現所訂購之產品出現破損,可致電本公司銷售客戶服務安排更換貨品。

如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終的決定權。

 

於領貨中心自取服務(適用於已經選擇在指定的實體店自行收取之訂單)

 

閣下按照在網上商店所選定之領貨中心及日期,於 3 日內前往收取已購買之產品。

客戶於上述的換領中心提貨時,請出示:

1) 確認電郵之副本;

2) 香港身份証或護照作身份證明。 

 

此外,閣下亦可授權他人代領貨品,而代領人於提貨時,須出示:

1) 確認電郵之副本(包括由客戶填妥及簽署之「授權書」部份);

2) 代領人的香港身份証或護照作身份證明。

購物保障政策

 

如果閣下收貨後 10 天內 (主機板及顯示卡為7天內) (收貨當日起計現產品硬件固障可向本公司要求更換同一款產品。於保障期內,產品必須保留全套包裝及完整配件。更換之貨品必須經由代理商服務中心進行檢測,確認產品硬件固障本公司有權要求閣下前往指定代理商之維修中心檢測產品。

 

 

換貨政策

  • 需在收貨後 10 天內 (主機板及顯示卡為7天內) (收貨當日起計致電華碩香港客戶服務及技術支援熱線 3582 4770 (服務時間星期一至六 10:00-19:00)登記
  • 所有貨品一律不設退款服務。
  • 只可更換相同型號及相同顏色之商品。
  • 更換貨品時,閣下需將同時退回完整包裝、配件、說明書等,以及確保機身及配件外觀完整無缺。
  • 本公司有權因貨品外觀損毀及配件不齊存而拒絕換貨申請。
  • 假若經檢測後,證實貨品損壞為顧客本身使用不當、人為損壞或液體性損壞等原因導致,本公司將不提供免費換貨服務及無須負上任何責任。
  • 如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。

 

本政策不適用於: 

  • 在產品供應商或代理商網上已登記保用之產品。
  • 曾被維修之產品。
  • 欠缺本公司銷售單據之產品。
  • 任何基於個人喜好而要求換貨或退款之產品。

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASE

 

General

 

In these terms and conditions, “we” or “us” means ORCATECH LIMITED and the "customer" or “you” means any person, firm, company or body which places an order with us. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website. By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.

 

We shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details and sizes of products at our online store are up-to-date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to our acceptance at our sole discretion and stock availability.

 

 

Ordering

 

Placing an order means you agree to purchase products or services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set out herein. 

 

After receiving your order, we will acknowledge receipt of your order. However, it does not confirm that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to reject any purchase order due to unavailable stock or service, payment problems caused by your credit or other reasons. In the event that we are unable to provide the product or service as stated in your purchase order, we will notify you by phone or email.

 

If your order is accepted by us, we will confirm with you accordingly and advise the date and time of delivery or availability for collection at our redemption centre.

 

Under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.

 

 

Payment Method

 

We accept online VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay Credit Card, Alipay HK and WeChat Pay HK payment. No order cancellation is allowed once the payment is settled.

 

 

Delivery service (applicable if you have selected to have your order(s) delivered to a designated billing address)

 

We provide standard delivery service.

Delivery service is only available at addresses located in:

(Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories of Hong Kong SAR. (excluding Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and outer islands)

If no elevator service is available at the premises, we will additionally charge you an extra delivery fee HK$50 per floor (except the ground floor). Customers must pay the extra delivery fee upon order confirmation. 

 

Delivery is available on Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm), except public holidays.

Delivery Lead Time: within 3 working days after the order has been accepted. For stock out item, delivery lead time will be within 28 working days.

Please note that our deliveryman will not wait longer than 15 minutes for each shipment.

 

Remarks

  • The exact delivery time will be according to logistics schedule.
  • In case customer is not available for the scheduled time arranged by logistics, the delivery may be delayed for further arrangement.
  • Door-to-Door delivery is not available to areas that cannot be reached directly by delivery vehicles.
  • In the event the lift is out of order, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery.
  • Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted. In this case, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery.
  • We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if customers are not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.
  • Customers have to notify us of any changes of the delivery address.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

 

You are requested to examine the goods immediately for any deficiencies and/or damages of their appearance and whether all accessories are included upon delivery or collection (as the case may be). If it is the case, please contact our Sales CS for product exchange.

 

In case of any dispute, our determination shall be final.

 

 

Store pickup service (applicable if you have selected to collect your order(s) at a designated physical store)

 

Please collect your purchased item(s) at your selected redemption centre within 3 days from the designated date of collection.

 

When you collect the order from the redemption centre, please present: 

1) The print copy of this confirmation email;

2) Your HKID card or passport for verification purpose. 

 

Alternatively, you can authorize a person to pick up the order for you and the authorised person is required to present: 

1) The print copy of this confirmation email with the “Authorization Form” completed and signed by you;

2) His / her HKID card or passport for verification purpose.

Product Warranty Service

 

ASUS is responsible for the warranty services. The warranty period is valid from the date specified in the sales receipt.

Customers are required to bring the sales receipt to receive any warranty service. Please note that the sales receipt will not be re-issued.

Product Exchange Guarantee Policy

 

Customers are eligible to apply for the exchange of product if hardware malfunction found within 10 days (7 days for motherboard and display card) from the collection date. Product exchange will only be accepted under the condition of full packaging.

 

The product to be returned is required to be inspected by authorized dealer / service centre to confirm that product has hardware malfunction. In such case, we shall have the right to require the product to be inspected at the authorized dealer’s service centre.

 

Policy Terms:

  • Customers are required call ASUS HK CS and Technical Support hotline at 3582 4770 (service hours: Mon - Sat 10:00am - 7:00pm) to register the case within 10 days (7 days for motherboard and display card) from the collection date.
  • No paid amount will be refunded.
  • Replacement will only be accepted under the conditions of full packaging (including all packing materials, accessories and manuals) and with original receipts. Any scratch / physical damage or missing parts will not be accepted. 
  • After inspection, the replacement claim will be refused if the hardware malfunction was caused by improper installation, accidental drops, spills, fire, or power surges.
  • In case of hardware malfunction confirmed, the defective product will be collected and customer will receive a new product with same specifications and color.
  • In case of any dispute, our determination shall be final.

 

This Policy is not applicable: 

  • to product which has been registered on-line for warranty service provided by the distribution agent or the manufacturer.
  • product that has undergone any repair.
  • where there is lack of evidence of purchase from us.
  • for refund request based on personal preference only.
