恕不接受現金及電匯付款
是次活動接受:
- 信用卡一次付款(只接受 VISA / MasterCard / UnionPay);
- Alipay HK 及 WeChat Pay HK一次性付款;
- ATM / 銀行現金轉賬、網上銀行過帳

請注意: 銀行會向選擇跨行轉帳的客戶收取手續費。於轉帳額內扣除有關手續費,將會導致轉帳金額不足而未能完成整張訂單付款,待客戶完成整張訂單的付款,將獲通知領貨 / 送貨安排
存入 / 轉帳款項後,於正本存款 / 轉帳單背面寫上客戶全名及訂單號碼 - 將存款 / 轉帳單的副本以電郵或傳真至 Orcatech Limited 確認付款:

- 存款 / 轉帳單的正本是重要的付款確認文件,必須妥善保存存款 / 轉帳單正本,並將於提貨時被收回。
- 收到閣下的存款 / 轉帳單副本後,我們需要 2 個工作天確認款項。確認閣下的款項後,我們會發出「訂單確認電郵」,通知閣下有關訂單的領貨詳情。
Ways to Pay
Cash payment and Telegraphic Transfer are NOT accepted
We accept:

- Bank-in cash transfer, internet banking transfer can be made through the following bank account.
- Customer should bank-in / transfer the exact amount stated in this email into the Hang Seng Bank account of Orcatech Limited as follows:

Remarks: Customers choosing interbank transfer will be charged an administrative fee by the bank. Any administrative fee will be customer’s responsibility and debited from the amount transferred for order payment. The order will be proceeded to redemption / delivery upon a completed payment is received when customer settling the administrative fee.
- Full name of the Customer and the Order Number should be written down at the back of the bank-in / transfer slip.
- Copy of the bank-in / transfer slip MUST be sent to Orcatech Limited by the following methods for payment confirmation:
- Email: Email to bank-in@asuspro.com.hk with email title as follow:
[Order Number, Customer’s Full Name, Contact Number, Bank-in / Transfer Amount, Bank-in / Transfer Date in the format of DD-MM-YYYY]
e.g. [ASU2200000, Chan Tai Man, 91234567, $10,000, 15-04-2022]
- FAX to our fax number 2798 8611 with the following information clearly written on the fax:
- Sales Order Number
- Customer's Full Name
- Contact Number
- Bank-in / Transfer Amount
- Bank-in / Transfer Date in the format of DD-MM-YYYY
- ORIGINAL copy of the bank-in / transfer slip is an important document proof and will be collected during product redemption. Customer MUST keep the ORIGINAL copy of bank-in slip securely.
- We will take 2 working days to verify the payment after received the bank-in / transfer slip copy. Upon payment confirmation, Customer will receive an Order Confirmation Email. Customer MUST keep the Order Confirmation Email securely for product redemption.
送貨到戶
您訂購的貨品將按訂單確認的日期以送貨到戶方式適用於香港特別行政區市區範圍,並不包括離島地區。
而東涌、愉景灣、馬灣、機場及迪士尼只提供有限度派送服務,並需額外收取偏遠地區送貨費,詳情請向客戶服務部查詢。

唐樓需地下交收。如要送上樓,每件產品每層額外加$50,需於訂單確認時一併繳付(如樓宇沒有電梯直達設施,每層亦需付加$50運費,並需要訂單確認時支付。)
請注意,我們的派遞員於每次派遞的等候時間不會多於十五分鐘。
*如您需要將產品分開派送,每次派送費用按上述方式計算。
注意事項
- 訂購貨品會於確認訂單後送貨。送貨時間為星期一至星期五的辦工時間內。實際送貨時間需按運輸路線安排。
- 如客人未能配合運輸當日所安排的時間,送貨日期可能順延以另作安排。
- 送貨服務不適用於貨車未能到達的地點。
- 送貨地點升降機故障而未能正常運作,本公司將會聯絡顧客更改送貨日期。
- 當八號烈風懸掛或黑色暴雨警告生效時,送貨服務時間或會延遲,本公司將會聯絡顧客更改送貨日期。
- 如收貨人士未能於約定時間內收取已訂購之貨品,本公司將保留權利向該顧客收取額外的送貨費用。
- 送貨地址如有任何變更,顧客有責任即時通知本公司。
- 本公司保留權利決定拒絕向任何顧客送付貨品。
