訂單付款完成後，不可以取消。

1. 把 訂單電郵 中所列明的銀碼，存入 / 轉帳至以下任何一個 Orcatech Limited 的 恆生銀行戶口

   • 請注意: 銀行會向選擇跨行轉帳的客戶收取手續費。
   • 於轉帳額內扣除有關手續費，將會導致轉帳金額不足而未能完成整張訂單付款。
      
2. 待客戶完成整張訂單的付款，才會獲得通知領貨 / 送貨安排
3. 存入 / 轉帳款項後，請於正本存款 / 轉帳單背面寫上客戶全名及訂單號碼
4. 將存款 / 轉帳單的副本以以下任何一種方法，傳交至 Orcatech Limited 以確認付款:
    
   • 電郵: 電郵至 bank-in@asuspro.com.hk，電郵主旨 (Subject) 如下:
     • [訂單號碼、客戶全名、聯絡電話、存入 / 轉帳款項、以DD-MM-YYYY 格式輸入存款 / 轉帳日期]
       •  例如： [ASU2200000, Chan Tai Man, 91234567, $10,000, 15-04-2022]
          
   • 傳真: 傳真至 2798 8611，並附上以下資料 （需於網上商店內填寫的內容相符）:
     • 訂單號碼
     • 客戶全名
     • 聯絡電話
     • 存入 / 轉帳款項
     • 以 DD-MM-YYYY 各式輸入存款 / 轉帳日期
        
5. 存款 / 轉帳單的正本是重要的付款確認文件，必須妥善保存存款 / 轉帳單正本，並將於提貨時被收回。
6. 收到閣下的存款 / 轉帳單副本後，我們需要 2 個工作天確認款項。
7. 確認閣下的款項後，我們會發出「訂單確認電郵」，通知閣下有關訂單的領貨詳情。

Once the order payment transaction has been completed, the order cannot be canceled.

1. Customer should bank-in / transfer the exact amount stated in the order email into the Hang Seng Bank account of Orcatech Limited as follows:
   
   Hang Seng Bank Account: 395-705585-883
   
   FPS ID: 169555349
    
   • Customers choosing interbank transfer will be charged an administrative fee by the bank.
   • Any administrative fee will be customer’s responsibility and debited from the amount transferred for order payment.
      
2. The order will be proceeded to redemption / delivery upon a completed payment is received when customer settling the administrative fee.
3. Full name of the Customer and the Order Number should be written down at the back of the bank-in / transfer slip.
4. Copy of the bank-in / transfer slip MUST be sent to Orcatech Limited by the following methods for payment confirmation:
    
   • Email to bank-in@asuspro.com.hk with email title as follow:
     •  [Order Number, Customer’s Full Name, Contact Number, Bank-in / Transfer Amount, Bank-in / Transfer Date in the format of DD-MM-YYYY] 
       • e.g. [ASU2200000, Chan Tai Man, 91234567, $10,000, 15-04-2022]
          
   • FAX to our fax number 2798 8611 with the following information clearly written on the fax::
     • Sales Order Number
     • Customer's Full Name
     • Contact Number
     • Bank-in / Transfer Amount
     • Bank-in / Transfer Date in the format of DD-MM-YYYY
        
5. ORIGINAL copy of the bank-in / transfer slip is an important document proof and will be collected during product redemption. Customer MUST keep the ORIGINAL copy of bank-in slip securely.
6. We will take 2 working days to verify the payment after received the bank-in / transfer slip copy.
7. Upon payment confirmation, Customer will receive an Order Confirmation Email. Customer MUST keep the Order Confirmation Email securely for product redemption.
